Long Island High Score Awards Association
Is an organization that was founded to recognize and promote all those who participate in the equestrian sport of Hunters, Jumpers and Equitation on Long Island. Their successes are celebrated and rewarded at our year end annual dinner dance in conjunction with the LIPHA.

NEW USEF RULE
As of Dec. 1, 2017 the United States Equestrian Federation will require a microchip for horses and ponies competing for points in classes that require United States Hunter Jumper Association horse registration.
The USEF microchip rule is HU101, JP100, EQ103.

New 2018 LIHSAA Specifications
The LIHSAA Specifications have been updated. Please download the new specs for all future horse shows!

2018 Points
Riders MUST BE A LIHSAA MEMBER and must have competed in a minimum of 6 shows in order for their points to count towards 2018 year end awards!
Membership Registration deadline is May 31. 2018
Riders must Register each year. Please go to the Printable Document Page and download the LIHSAA Membership Form, complete the form and send it to Ellen Smith with a $5.00 membership fee.
Short Stirrup Equitation Division will no longer be receiving medals, they will be awarded Ribbons in accordance to their points. Riders must be members of LIHSAA and have competed in a minimum of 6 shows.
All awards will be given out at the LIPHA Dinner Dance.
